We are often asked by our customers to investigate these problems in order that our customers can pass on appropriate advice and explanations to the users of their website.

Our Technical Support Agreement includes:
- Advice by phone and email on the use of our websites
- Diagnosis of problems encountered and remedial action taken if required
- Diagnosis of problems users may have in using the website
- Diagnosis and advice for problems encountered with respect to the hosting and email services
- Access to a preferential hourly rate for maintenance
